"I recently moved to Tucson from Missouri and had to change my insurance agent. When I called Becky's office I was instantly made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Becky was even able to give me better coverage for my vehicles. I had some issues setting up my drive safe app and had to go in to their office to get help. Marcia was helping another customer but she made sure someone knew I was there waiting. Kayla was helpful and knowledgeable in what the issue was. Both Kayla and Becky were able to fix the problem and were so helpful. My husband and I have been with Stare Farm for over 40 years. "I contacted the office to set up my policy. I thought it would be less expensive but Becky explained sone coverages. I ended up the same price but way better coverages! I called back and asked about the Drive Safe and Save. I spoke to Kayla who explained how it worked with getting it set up. Both Kayla and Becky were awesome!! They were so friendly and helpful!"

"I was originally quoted a different rate the last time I had spoken to the agent. I understand that rates may change but not that drastically. When I first got quoted it was an 180 plus for the car insurance and that was in November when rates were supposed to go down I didn’t get because I still was with my prior policy and I wanted the deal for renters insurance and I also still had one and I was going to move to a new apartment. Fast forward I can finally get the package deal and it is now way out of my budget . Ohh and i forgot to say the lady who I spoke with did tell me to wait until it was closer to my move in date so that we can know the apartment number for sure. Mind you she didn’t disclosure that’s prices will be going up and they couldn’t keep me at the original quote . We go no where with the car insurance couldn’t help me out just got renters insurance because it was needed ."
